The Realish Prototype International Challenge is the twenty-fourth season of official Realish Racing competition. The season will run from January to April 2018.
Format
The eight rounds will each feature six sessions:
Practice 1 - running throughout the week of the race beginning on the Monday evening.
Practice 2 - 45 minutes, beginning at 19:00 GMT (Rounds 1-4) or 19:00 BST (Rounds 5-8).
Qualifying - 20 minutes, all cars on track, beginning at 19:45 GMT (Rounds 1-4) or 19:45 BST (Rounds 5-8).
Warmup - 5 minutes, all cars on track, beginning at 20:05 GMT (Rounds 1-4) or 20:05 BST (Rounds 5-8).
Race - 60 minutes in length, beginning at 20:10 GMT (Rounds 1-4) or 20:10 BST (Rounds 5-8).
Car Specifications
All drivers will compete in the MetalMoro AJR prototype, choosing one of four different engines with different power outputs and weights:
- 5.7L NA V8: Chevrolet/Cadillac LS3, Nissan VK56DE
- 4.0L NA V10: Judd GV4, Audi FSI
- 2.0L turbo I4: Honda K20, Mazda MZ-2.0T, Lexus RI4AG
- 3.2L NA V8: RPE Powertec, Nissan VK45DE, Gibson GK428, Cadillac LS3

All drivers are eligible to score points in the Drivers Championship. The Drivers Champion will be the driver with the most points at the end of the season. If points totals are tied between 2 or more drivers, race result countback will determine the champion, followed by fastest total combined race time. To be classified, drivers need to complete 75% of the race distance. The newcomer driver finishing highest in the Drivers Championship will win the Newcomers Trophy.
The team with the highest combined points total from all of their drivers will win the Teams Championship.
