Leyton House
For most part of the F1Fanatic Forza Motorsport 3 Championship the team was named Leyton House as it was used under license as a reincarnation of the original Leyton House that competed in F1 from 1987 to 1991. However, Akira Akagi (the owner of Leyton House) was still serving time in prison for his part in the Fuji Bank scandal and therefore decided to sell the rights to Shouty for construction plans of the prison he resides in.
F1Fanatic Forza Motorsport 3 Championship
Leyton House Reloaded took part in the first season of Really Rubbish Racing and started the season with a win the first event. However this was a hollow victory because Shouty, the team's only driver, was running third into the last lap behind Smifaye and Bookoi when disaster struck at the last corner. This led to Smifaye ending up in the pit lane and Shouty taking a suprising win.
Shouty at the wheel of the dominent Porsche 550 Speedster won the two upgraded races. However soon after the car was labled 'cheaty' and banned from all competition. Shouty supports the decision as fairer racing makes better racing.
The rest of the season produced a few more wins, Silverstone National feature and Road America feature, but overall the team finished a successful 3rd in the eventual standing after losing out at the last round to Smifaye for 2nd posistion.
Press Release 14.10.11
Leyton House Reloaded would like to announce that they are to cease operations as of the end of the RRR F1 2011 Championship. Therefore it was the team's final race yesterday in Leyton House Reloaded colours in the Super Twingo Cup. The reason for this unavoidable circumstance is due to the team's lack of sponsorship. Although throughout the team’s life it has been heavily sponsored by Leyton House, of which it was the team's title sponsor, it has come to light that the team wasn't actually sponsored. Akira Akagi, the owner of the Leyton House consortium was actually paying the team with monopoly money, and therefore the team now has excessive debts. The team regrets the decision.
Our lead driver Shouty is now without a team to drive for. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
We wish all of the former employees of Leyton House Reloaded luck in the future.
Thanks for everyones support throughout the adventure of RRR.
Leyton House Reloaded
Merger with Goteki 45
In the lead up to Bon Anniversaire!, Goteki 45 and LHR worked together to develop a car that would aim to be the class of the field at LeMans. The Acura ARX had prominent Leyton House sponsorshhip, leading many to believe that the once great team would make a return to Really Rubbish Racing. The emergence of a global financial crisis lead to an increased value in the worth of Monopoly Money, which was previously used to fund LHR, and with the team's value rising a merger with Goteki 45 was announced, the team subsequently became known as Goteki House.
Goteki 45 hold a 51% stake in the consortium, and in the interest of preserving Leyton House Reloaded's history, Goteki House will serve as an extension of the racing history of Goteki 45 from a statistical standpoint. For Season 6, Goteki House's 2 drivers will race in pallette-swapped liveries, PJ in the gold of Goteki and Shouty in the turqoise of Leyton. It is hoped that this combination of strong drivers and powerful teams will lead to many great results in future, as both drivers share technical know-how and driving strategies.
