The 4za Motorsport Championship, (4MC, or 4zaMC, pronounced "Four-Zah") is the third season of officialy sanctioned Really Rubbish Racing competition, and will be the first to use the Forza Motorsport 4 game. The championship will utilise the F Class starter cars that the player chooses from when they first start their career mode in Forza Motorsport 4. This formula is essential to the running of the championship, as budgets must be kept low as drivers ramp up their involvement in the new game. The championship will visit twelve race tracks on three continents over the course of the four events. Two in Europe, one on America's East Coast, and a final event spanning the Pacific Ocean in California and Japan.
Three trophies will be up for grabs at the end of the season. The Drivers' Championship will be awarded to the overall series winner, scoring the most points throughout the season. The Rookie Cup will be awarded to the rookie driver who has scored the most points throughout the season. A rookie driver is classed as a driver who has competed in no more than half a season of Really Rubbish Racing competition before the first round of the 4za Motorsport Championship begins. Finally, the Master of Marques title will be awarded to the manufacturer who has scored the most points throughout the season. This will include all points scored by all drivers racing a car produced by that manufacturer.
FlavouryRug with go into the season as defending champion, having taken the title in the previous season's Really Rubbish Racing Touring Car Championship, and will sport the number 1 on his car. All eyes will also be on Dan 7horn, as RRRTCC Independent Trophy winner, it will be interesting to see how he can perform directly against last season's team drivers.
The series has attracted a record amount of interest, with an unprecedented 23 drivers from 20 teams appearing on the entry list, including 11 rookie drivers.

Cars
Drivers are required to use the starter car they received upon entering career mode for the first time. Balance of performance (BoP) regulations will be enforced via various upgrades to equalise the cars as much as possible. The BoP may be adjusted mid-season should any cars prove to be over or under performing.
Two upgrades required: a Twin-Screw Supercharger (single turbo for the Chevrolet Spark) and Sport Weight Reduction. Aside from the addition of the turbo, engines are to be kept stock. Tyres and bodywork are also to be kept stock.
The 8 eligible models from 8 manufacturers are shown below.

Event Format
One Event will be held each week over four successive weeks. Each event will consist of 3 Rounds. The first round of each event will consist of one Qualifying Session and one Race. The second and third rounds of each event will feature only a race.
Qualifying
Qualifying will consist of a single two-lap session, the results of which will determine the grid for the first race only. Collisions will be turned off for the qualifying session so no-one can interfere with anyone else's lap. The two-lap format allows for one lap from a standing start, and one flying lap. Faster laps will place ahead of slower laps, and all clean laps will place ahead of any "dirty" laps, so it's in your interest to not cut any corners!
Race
Each race will last for approximately 15-17 minutes depending on lap time and total race distance. The qualifying session determines the starting grid for the first race. The starting grid for the second race will be determined by the results of the first race in a reverse-grid format, with the race winner starting from last. The starting grid for the third race will be determined in the same manner, using the results from the second race.
Points System
Championship points will be awarded to the first ten positions in all races. This has been increased from the first 7 positions in season 2 due to the doubling of in-game lobby size from 8 to 16 players. 1 point will also be awarded to the driver gaining pole position for the first round of each event.
