Born in Southampton in the great year of 1990, Mr.E has been interested in sport and motor racing since a young age. However his "Jack of all trades" outlook in both areas has lead to a considerably average or worse performance in everything.
Mr.E is the younger brother of another RRR forum member, Umack84.
Mr E 004 has driven some different forms of vehicle with varying success. These include: Go-karts, on various occasions, pedal karts, off-road buggies, quad bikes, push bikes, and ,at work, pedal trikes!
Mr E 004 has also completed a staggering TWO driving experiences at Thruxton Motorsport Centre, driving, among other things a Lotus Exige, a Ferrari F430 and a Formula Renault Single Seater, with which he overtook his father in a Ferrari 355.
Within the virtual of actually racing anything against anything, Mr E 004's career has been fairly short, other than occasionally challenging Umack84 on older games such as, Gran Turismo/2/3 and 4, Mr E's virtual racing really started with the fantastic Forza 3. And long may it continue into Forza 4.
Mr E 004 enjoys watching Formula 1, although not a particularly avid supporter of any individual team, will sit down on appropriate Sundays and be glued to Sky F1 HD for the entirity. His brief spell playing any Formula 1 game also came on the Xbox 360 with F12010, starting strong with the Virgin Racing team, Mr E eventually tired of not being able to step up from "easy" difficulty and the game has since fallen out of favour.
Really Rubbish Racing Touring Car Championship
For the RRRTCC Mr E 004 has joined forces with another Southampton based driver in Sodamn Insane 6 and formed the team Shout-E-Motoring running VW Scirocco's. Pre-season testing has shown his single lap speed could be potentially down on some of the other competitors and some wise bookmakers are already quoting acceptable odds that Mr. E will not pick up a single race win in the Championship. Mr.E has not had a good run in the 2.0L Touring Cars category with RRR. His greatest success has been when other drivers have been in trouble and he currently has a target set from the team to make it to 16 points from the season, meaning he needs 3 points at the last event. this would average out at 7th at each event. Mr.E has had some very poor performances in this series, very off the pace, and very debatable as to how to drive and needing to improve dramatically to manage to do anything in the future.
Mr.E's team at e-Motoring has made an agreement with a company called ART in Hampshire, which will lead to a change for the team after the Twingo SuperCup. The now defunct e-motoring team declared the information to the press on 4 October 2011 [here]. The new ART-owned team has announced that they will be running a Toyota Aygo in the series. With main sponsorship coming from Entertainment channel E4. The team forced this deal through as they found this company to be the perfect sponsor for the new car especially with Mr E 004 driving for them.
Some connection issues cost Mr. E what he thought was going to be a good opportunity in the first round of the 4za MC, as a real world injury had left him with plenty of time to practise in the build up to the event.
The season did not build particularly well for the young driver and the ART team showed a small amount of disappointment that he was not getting as much out of the car as some of his pre-season form may have lead some to believe.
The season finished much in the way that was to be expected from previous form, although the shock inclusion was that Mr. E lead a total of 3 Racing laps by the end of the season, so a single figure points total was, to be fair, a crushing blow.
In Season 4 talk is rife that Mr. E is once again teaming up with fellow Southampton based driver Shouty in the Shout-E-Motoring team. The talk is that the team plan to use the Mercedes C-Class in another of their fantastically combined split personality liveries. Speculation is also Rife that the Young Mr E could have his worst season of all time here, where the power of the cars will considerably dominate how he races.
Mr. E has been largely unsuccessful during the HGTM while his teammate has run away into a championship lead. Mr. E has attempted to do some amount of the point scoring in an attempt to try and help the team toward the constructors title. This has been largely unsuccessful as well, although he is known to be pleading with the gods to improve his results and cause problems for the CheeseyRug team, as he really wants to be able to celebrate some form of victory while he works with the Shout-E-Motoring team.
Mr. E and his team ART have confirmed they will be entering Season 5. Although like the Formula1 relation team HRT prior to the 2012 season, not a lot has been heard from the team since.
ART has since announced on Social Networking website Twitter that, like HRT, ART will be revealing their new team logo before announcing their car or revealing the final livery.
GTSSS and TROFEO MITO
This event somewhat caught Mr. E by surprise. He had not been planning to enter, because of some problems he has with powerful RWD cars. But, alas raceday came and he was bundled into the back of the van and taken to the track to race in a hastily prepared BMW in the e-motoring livery.
This ended up being a blessing in disguise for the young man, as Ajokay's disconnection and an early spin form Mr. Flobadob allowed Mr. E to collect what still remains to be his best ever finish. 6th.
While Mr. E's Twingo did not look the most impressive on a grid filled with fantastic Super Hero paint jobs. It was also the most underpowered. Mr E still couldn't control this lively beast and failed to finish a single race in the event. This complete and total failure gave him the all time record of DNFs within the club, and a 100% Forza DNF record in a special series, which will probably stand for a long time.
An event which almost seemed tailor made for Mr. E, where crashing into opponents did not matter in the slightest, in fact, was potentially encouraged. Also ended in a last place finish for him. The events of the night of Merry Crashmas, also provided two other less than wanted records to the young driver. He now has the record for the shortest ever competed race time, where he started alongside Ajokay on the grid and the Ajokay Motorsport driver felt threatened enough to make sure Mr. E was removed from the competition before he even crossed the start line. It was later found that Ajokay had accused Mr. E of "giving him a funny look" on the grid, which made his mind up that Mr E had to be wrecked. <(completely unfounded).
Mr. E also collected the Wooden Spoon after this event as Dan Thorn collected his first race victory. The record of 35 starts and 0 wins meant the token was his and it looks as if that collection is set to continue growing throughout Mr. E's racing career.
Zer0 Emissions Endurance Event
An event of his own organisation and interest. Mr. E (who worked for one of the largest electricity generators in Europe at the time), organised the 0eee, where "cars of the future" would be raced off against eachother in 3 classes. This multi-class format was a first in RRR and one that may be looked into again in the future.
Mr. E and his ART team agreed a deal with Chevrolet to race the R-EEV (Range Extended Electric Vehicle) Chevrolet Volt in the hybrid class of the event (the slowest of the classes). Mr. E piloted the car rather successfully, which was nice for the team to see, although minor mistakes when trying to chase down Slevmeister while out of sync on pitstops, and some indiscretions when it came to where the faster cars were on track showed some of the frailties haunting Mr. E's driving currently. However, on top of all that Mr. E still managed to bring the Volt home forst in class and prove to himself and the ART team that he may in fact be, a Breath Of Fresh Air.
Radically Rubbish Cup
ART ran a tribute livery to the GP2 ART 2012 car for this event. It was a tough evening for Mr. E as he began to struggle with the car in traffic and was undone by the changes from the aero on the car in dirty air.
