Team ATOM is now at the home of Really Rubbish Racing had it's first race start Wednesday 28th January 2015. The team has many ambitions one of which is to race as a team for real life again in a televised motorsport competition. The team's ambition for here at the club is to become a big name around the "big shots" and one day be a "big shot".
Team ATOM orignated from karting and has been explored and developed further on since it was first raced on a few years ago. Team ATOM is now at the home of Really Rubbish Racing. Team ATOM made a good name for itself in the teams debut race on Gran Turismo 6 finishing 4th scoring a total 16 points for that event. PJ later added on twitter "You did a good job, looks like your debut was worth the wait too" which is a very heartwarming comment from the race winner and a well known member of the club.
Team ATOM had since gone to be competitive in races on Gran Turismo 6 such as when the team took the lap record around Le Mans in the BA Classique. This is a laptime that will never be broken it seems as the game is no longer in use. Team ATOM now competes on the PC and raced on Race07 and now races on Stock Car Extreme and Dirt Rally currently.
After the teams absence for a while the owner of Team ATOM, Thomas Alderton decided that the team needed to freshen up. On the 1st June 2016 The team changed name to Turismo Motorsport. The teams hope that his favourite event Bon Aniversaire will strike good fortune for the team and will set the team up well for the PC season 20.
