Might I add I recommend playing F1 while slightly drunk to anyone.

I may end up being in this boat for Turkey. Christening is probably gonna be done and dusted for 6pm (especially since its footy final that night) so should easily be home. Whether I can see the TV from my chair at that point is another question!

Just to elaborate on my review slightly. Both races I did fairly well, and kept better pace then I have done before.

The game still doesn't sit right with me, for whatever reason. These F1 games have been the only racing games I've ever played that I haven't been able to play at least half-well.

But saying that, I'm gradually managing to not spin on the exit of every corner, which is the real thorn in my side, and although I'm 3 seconds a lap off the pace, I am at least enjoying hotlapping on my own, seeing how long I can eek the life of the tyres out, and trying to learn how to drive the car better.

The first race had me battling in the early stages with Ben until he disappeared off somewhere. I even ended up lapping him.

Second race I was doing slightly better. Up to 5th at one point I think on the first lap or 2, but the inconsistancies in my driving/the car/the game soon saw me drop down. 2 stopped, twice on hards and the final 5 laps on softs. I still can't drive well on anything worse than slightly orange worn tyres, the car just gives way mid-corner, but hey ho. 3 points from the 2 races is a decent haul for me. It's going to be more of a struggle when 14 people turn up and stay racing.

You probably lapped me more than once then as I crashed out on Lap 1 at 130R in race 1 :P You did lap me twice in the feature though so you may have been thinking of that :P

And results are up (bar engine results). Once again it's a production of the spreadsheet code generator so if you spot any mistakes/format issues, let me know!

I know. Just in my perfect world :P I understand probably the majority don't want to do manual. Therefore it should remain optional.

I think the new red D/C option needs adding to the spreadsheet. In other news I really really need to check out this spreadsheet.

You've not removed my penalty in race two!

Oops, I did state the penalties when tweeting the pics, Barney must have missed this one.

Don't worry Dan, it is being removed. I'll let Barney sort it since its quicker for him to re-run the code generator than to do it manually ;)

No probs - I'd do it myself but I don't want there to be any confusion!

I'd say DNF with Ragequit as the retirement reason.

D/Cs can be added quite easily, but people will have to tell me which DNFs are D/Cs before I put the results up or I can't tell. I.e. I don't know which of the DNFs yesterday were D/Cs. I assume y2js was but it did say he wrote the car off before disconnecting on mine.

I missed DanThorn's penalty. My bad.

On the results picture, Tommo is listed as 'DSQ' and that's why I put it like that. Unless people tell me otherwise, I can't know whether this should be changed or not. Not sure what rage quit counts as.

I thought Y2J disconnected due to bad connection, hence a DC, and Tommo left because he kept spinning, which is a volentary retirement, hence a DNF. I wrote it all down recently here

Ok done. Tommo's DSQ has changed to a DNF. DanThorn's 10sec penalty has been removed. y2j's D/Cs are now listed as such.

Should all now be accurate. There are things like number of laps and race distance that I don't know/my spreadsheet can't do. It also can't do the engine standings so if you fancy filling that in, go for it!

Done the engine table. Think I've added the points up right!
