The first season of official Rocket League tournament play begins shortly, and I have entered a team. I don't expect to make the finals (by a long way), but there's no reason we can't aim to make the second qualifying round. I'll try to post updates when we have matches Even though nobody here cares. One of my teammates joined another team instead of mine and I might be without a full team... this is not the way I expected this to go.

Looks like that is only doable via a private match (i.e. against AI) which is the case with the PS4 players which is a bit of a shame. The AI isn't exactly fantastic on there.

Yeah the AI's pretty weak, even on All-Star. I've been playing split-screen lunchtime matches at work and the AI's horrible at defending.

Rocket League is in the current Humble Bundle. It's $15 which since Brexit is not necessarily as good as it could be but either way, it's on there along with the likes of Spelunky and Golf With Your Friends (which seems to be popular right now).
