Sorry to @Goobertson, that was an uncharacteristic mistake on my part.

If there's anything positive, it's that this year is nearly done... it has not been a good showing from me that's for sure. ^^

First of all, congrats @fjordnet & @CuruxaUK on both championships, well done to @lazaros18 and @camp_bell on snatching 2nd in both, and thank you for racing, everyone! :)

Bit of an underwhelming event to end it personally, taken out in R1 T2, I tried to get it repaired but it still ended up broken, so that was a DNF and ultimately a costly one at that given the teams' standings.
R2 was far better, albeit a bit alone - had Campbell chasing me down but ultimately run out of time, so at least another good finish in P4 for the final race.
Thanks for joining in at aureus and for the setup work particularly for the later rounds, @sin_racing!

This was the first time I really felt confident with the car and pleasingly I managed to translate it into my strongest event of the season.

Race 1
Avoided the collisions in the opening laps and the death at 130R thankfully happened behind me. I was 4th after a few laps but didn't have the pace to match the podium fight. @Lemm314 made a mistake mid-race to give me hope but she pulled away agonisingly so I settled for 4th.

Race 2
Beat @cosmo off the start for 5th and stayed there for the rest of the race. I had a half eye on @jims709 who was slowly catching me in the middle of the race and in the last few laps I caught @shaxberd but never got close enough to make a move. Possibly the hardest and most consistent race I've driven for such an uneventful race.

Edit: It occurred to me that apart from the start of race 2, I literally made no overtakes tonight. So that's something.

Race 1 showed that I'm not particularly great at following my own advice, after telling the guys coached on Friday that mirror checks are important, I haven't done one myself on lap one and ended up tangling with @shaxberd and ruining his race. Once again, apologies for that, feeling a bit like a hypocrite. My race was luckily saved thanks to all the crashing happening around, so I recovered back to where I've started at P5 as quickly as I had dropped down the order earlier on. Spent most of the race ever so slowly creeping up to @camp_bell, but with bent suspension I could only gain maybe half a tenth per lap on average.

Race 2, with the front of the grid being shuffled around, involved a race-long effort to find a way past unwell @Goobertson, which was stopped at least three or four times by both cars running out of gearing down the straights. Ultimately had to settle for P2 - the pace on its own wasn't enough to win this one.

Whilst Friday's training helped, I sadly couldn't really do anything with it.

After a really strong start, I was caught in the crash at 130R. I recieved light damage to my rear suspension on both sides, and whilst I was able to have a good set of laps in, the minutes spent in the pit putting the wings back on really took me out the race. Kept going around since the car was still drivable but never really caught anyone. Ended in 11th after a few others DNF'd

Race 2 was same deal, had a great start, but sadly I didn't see a slightly aggressive overtake and got damaged rear right suspension, spinning right away after. Again I ended up at the back of the pack, but had fun chasing paul. I got some real good overtakes in, and got to do it all again when the suspension damage caught me out in a sweeper and I span again

Drivers involved: @cosmo (#2), @Arwyn (#99)
Event/Race: FRPM Suzuka 1
Timestamp: 390
Short Description: Arwyn spins after 130R and attempts to get out of the way of traffic but drives straight into Josh's path.
Verdict: WARNING for Arwyn
Comment: While we appreciated what Arwyn was trying to do, when you're spun across the track like that, the safest thing to do is hold your position and let everyone find their way around.

Drivers involved: @Goobertson (#5), @KJP93 (#93)
Event/Race: FRPM Suzuka 1
Timestamp: 599
Short Description: Kyran attempts to get back into Mike's slipstream but makes contact, taking both cars out.
Verdict: REPRIMAND for Kyran.
Comment: While the contact was very slight, it was contact on a completely straight piece of track and so was felt to be worth a reprimand.

Please message @shaxberd or @camp_bell if you wish to appeal a verdict.

Overall, the driving standards have been very good this season, so thank you everyone!
